Shipping Policy

Processing
We pack and send every order within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are sent on the next working day.

Delivery to the UK
Delivery usually takes 7 to 12 working days from the day your order is sent.

Tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Now and again a parcel is held up by the courier or by customs. If yours hasn't arrived 15 working days after it was sent, email us and we'll look into it.

Wrong address
Please check your address before you order. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away with your order number and we'll correct it if the parcel hasn't left yet.

Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right.
